"Stories reach people in a way statistics never will." — Tony Chausse, Movember
Official Awareness Partner
Currents of Courage shares a powerful connection with the mission of Movember: changing the way men face cancer and their mental health by creating space for honest conversation, connection, and support.
Too often, men are expected to face cancer silently and alone. Currents of Courage tells the story of seven men who found something different. On Idaho’s wild rivers, they discovered that vulnerability is not weakness, and that brotherhood can become a powerful part of healing.
That message aligns deeply with Movember’s work to change the face of men’s health, including its focus on prostate cancer, mental health, and helping men talk openly about the challenges they face.
Currents of Courage brings that mission to life through the language of wilderness. The river becomes more than a setting. It becomes a place where men can lower their guard, share their stories, and discover that they are not alone.
Movember has helped change the conversation around men’s health. Currents of Courage carries that conversation into the wild, showing what can happen when men have a place to connect, speak honestly, and face the journey together.
Together, the message is simple:
Men don’t have to fight alone.
Partnership Opportunities
Currents of Courage is a film about men choosing courage over silence. The brands that stand with it get something most sponsorships can't offer — genuine association with a story people will remember.
We offer several levels of partnership, from presenting sponsor to community supporter. Each comes with its own presence in the film, at the premiere, and across our outreach campaign. We'd rather talk through what works for you than hand you a rate card.
Reach out and let's find the right fit.

Who is Paying Attention
This is not a general audience film. It speaks directly to a specific community — and that specificity is exactly what makes it valuable to the right brand.
Why the Brand Fit is Genuine
Purpose-driven brands earn trust by showing up where it matters.
The audience for this film — men who fish, men who have faced illness, families who have stood beside them — responds to authenticity. A brand whose name appears on a film like this earns association with something real. That kind of association doesn’t come from an ad buy. It comes from being in the right place at the right moment.

Sponsors
Bert's Brewing wasn't just the first to say yes — they were the first to believe in what we were making. As our founding sponsor, Bert's helped fund the initial filming of Currents of Courage and opened their doors in Garden City to host the July 13 silent auction fundraiser. That kind of early commitment doesn't just help a film get made — it makes the whole thing possible. We're grateful. bertsbrewing.com

"Seven men walked into a river with cancer in their bodies. What came out of that experience became this film. We're looking for partners who believe that kind of story deserves to be seen."
